 * I really love the idea of Jetpack and find it helpful, but am still working through
a few issues. One has to do with managing plug-ins. For both blogs I get an “
error fetching plugins” on the site management page on wordpress.com. Do you
have any ideas on how to fix? Here’s a screenshot of the issue …

 * Your site doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment.
   Could you try the following:
 * 1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top
of the page. 3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is
currently connected to WordPress.com. 4) Confirm the disconnection. 5) Click
on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.
 * Let me know how that goes.

 * Thank you Jeremy. The above did not work, but when I deactivated the entire Jetpack
plugin and then reactivated it, everything connected OK.
 * “For the record,” here are the details on how disconnecting didn’t work…
 * I was unable to disconnect via My Jetpack because when I clicked the button,
nothing happened. So I tried it from the other direction and removed the site
via my WordPress.com account, then went back to my Jetpack dashboard on the website.
When I attempted to reconnect I got this message:
 * Invalid request, please go back and try again.
    Error Code: invalid_client Error
   Message: Unknown client_id.
 * That’s when I de- and re-activated the plug-in, which worked.
