I didn’t set the user up to use paypal. They WONT use it. Refuse to use paypal. They weer manually set up as a paid subscriber. The system reset them to a free subscriber.
There is no need for this user to interface with paypal. The PayPal integration for every other user works fine as long as they go through the system
Okay. When you edited that user, then, did you set his role to the s2Member Level he should have? Did you save the profile after the change?
Did you add an EOT time to his profile? s2Member would only demote him to Subscriber on EOT. Does the Admin Notes box mention a demotion?
