# Manually Activate the Cache?

 * The hosting site has restrictions which prevents using the option to enable cache.
   I’m able to manually create the directories it wants, now it’s at the “Could 
   not turn on the WP_CACHE constant in wp-config.php. Check your permissions.” 
   but define(WP_CACHE, true) already exists in that file?
 * So how can I get this activated manually?

   caching plugins, then you cannot activate the cache on your server.
