    Hello myCRED team,

I’m hoping you can help with an issue I’m having. I’ve been running my site for a year and recently installed myCRED. Users on my site each have a total number of upvotes for their contributions.

I decided to set up some badges. For example:

    Badge 1: 50 points (1 point = 1 upvote)
    Badge 2: 100 points
    Badge 3: 200 points

Since myCRED has only recently been installed, there is no history of upvotes accumulated by each user. So instead I’m assigning points manually to each user. But the problem is, the badges aren’t appearing after I assign points.

For example, I have assigned a user 75 points manually because this user had 75 upvotes before I installed myCRED. But now that I’ve assigned this user 75 points, Badge 1 isn’t showing next to the user’s name. I tried this with another user who had 120 upvotes. I assigned the user 120 points, but no badge next to their name.

Is there a way for the badges to automatically appear once I manually assign points?

Hi @wpexpertssupportteam , I’m asking about badges. Please see the screenshots (can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/63WIZyB) and corresponding info:

Screenshot 1: This shows I have set up a badge. 50 points with reference “Received comment like/up-vote”.

Screenshot 2: I now give 51 points to the user with reference “Received comment like/up-vote”.

Screenshot 3: This shows the user has 51 points but the badge has not appeared.

Screenshot 4: Just to check, I looked at badge settings and I have selected “Include in Profile Header”.

    Hi @bibblybob,

It looks like while you were adjusting points you didn’t add any log entry that’s why a log was not created and the badges are assigned on behalf of the logs.
