# Manually created admin user

 * Hi! I was forced to create a new admin user through phpMyAdmin because my client
   lost all contact with the original WP developer that created his site. Now WordFence
   detects that manually created user (which I created) and reports that as threat(
   which is completely fine).
 * The question is, how can I tell WordFence that the user is legit?

   out!You can resolve this by changing their role to subscriber inside of WordPress
   then changing it back to Admin!I hope this helps!Thanks,

 * Hi! thanks a lot for the reply! The issue is that I can’t change that parameter
   because it seems I can’t change it if I’m logged in with the account I want to
   fix.

 * Well… from the manually created user, I created a new temp admin, logged in with
   that new account, did the suggested changes and now WF doesn’t detects my prior
   manually created user ad warning.
