 * Hello i want to install wordpress 4 Greek Version manually.
    I don’t known how
   to do this.I am not professional or anything else with wordpress and servers..
   I use Ipage for hosting+domain. Can anyone help me to install my version manually
   because Support from Ipage can’t help me..

 * Nothing official as far as I know but I’m sure you can find some user-created
   tutorials on Youtube.
