Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a challenging experience, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be.
Regarding the QR code issue, this is not a known issue in the latest version of our plugin. Most of our clients have not encountered problems with QR functionality, so it’s possible that this might be specific to your setup. We are using wordpress default mail sending function wp_mail(). Sometimes some servers don’t allow to trigger it from some of the plugins or a blockage happens. A good SMTP plugin can be the solution. After setting up an SMTP if the QR is not functioning properly then without checking the site there is no way to produce the issue. We’re here to help you resolve it as soon as possible.
Could you also share more details about the checkout issue you experienced? We haven’t encountered this on the latest version, and having access to your site would allow us to investigate directly. If you’re comfortable, please grant us permission, and we’ll work on finding a solution for you right away.
