 * Hello,
 * Thank you for this wonderful plugin.
 * I have used it to create a map of expatriate Danes in the U.K. to help find and
   connect with each other. 200+ Danes have added themselves in the past 4 days,
   and it’s really well received.
 * However, about 10-15 people have reported an issue when loading the map to set
   a new pin. The map only loads a small corner, and gets stuck.

 * What is causing this issue?
 * Thanks in advance!

    This is what
   I came up with so far:
 * – This might be a problem related to a missing SSL certification. The url you
   provided is not https. But currently the page redirects to https. When I had
   a first look I noticed the exact same error as you described but later on I could
   not reproduce it again. Maybe the SSL was not active until now? In any case it
   is important to have an active SSL certificate installed to avoid mixed content
   issues that could lead to missing map tiles.
 * – If the problem still persist you can try to switch the “Map Style” in the settings.
   Maybe this helps as different map tile providers serve with different performances.
 * In any case let me know how this is proceeding. I’ll give my best to solve the
   issue.
 * PS: Your map has an impressive traction for this short period of online time.
   Congrats! Looking forward where this is going. Let me know if you have any feature
   requests.

 * Thank you, [@100plugins](https://wordpress.org/support/users/100plugins/)!
 * I do have HTTPS forward enabled on the server, and my SSL Cert (Let’s Encrypt)
   should be fine.
 * I will have a deeper dive tomorrow and revert, if I find anything else. 🙂
 * And thank you! The Danish community in the U.K. clearly wanted to unite, and
   I just happened to make it happen.
 * I have only used the map for 4-5 days, so I do not have many requests yet – but
   off the top of my head; _custom pins (.svg?)_ could be cool, and the _ability
   to toggle what information to collect (such as disabling “address” on frontend)_:
   o)
 * Thanks a ton for your help!

 * On the comment about toggling what to select: I have just used display:none;
   on those classes for now.

 * Hej Andreas,
 * I released a major update last night including some optimisation that may target
   your issue. Let me know if you still experience problems.
 * And yeah, custom pins is definitely on my high priority list and will probably
   ship with the next update already.
 * What you did by display:none for the unwanted form fields is legit and I will
   actually recommend this way in the FAQ.
 * with best regards,
    Daniel

 * Hey [@opnavisuals](https://wordpress.org/support/users/opnavisuals/),
 * Happy happy 2022! I hope you had a good start and just wanted to let you now
   that I released a new plugin version (1.2.2). The PRO version has many new main
   features and using custom markers is one of them.
 * Concerning your former issue I assume it’s solved and so I will mark this post
   as resolved. Let me know if I can help you any further.
 * With best regards,
    Daniel
