# map doesn’t load

 * Hello,
 * I use Google maps API. When I arrive on a page with the map, The map doens’t 
   load and this error is in the console.
 *     ```
       gmw.map.min.js?ver=4.3.1.1:1 Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: google is not defined
           at initMaps (gmw.map.min.js?ver=4.3.1.1:1:28105)
           at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (gmw.map.min.js?ver=4.3.1.1:1:28366)
           at e (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27028)
           at t (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27330)
       ```
   
 * If I reload the page it works but it’s quite random.
 * Do you have an idea ?

 * Looks like Google Maps library doesn’t load for some reason.

 * You are welcome.
 * Looks like you are using the Complianz plugin that could conflict with GEO my
   WP and cause that type of issue.
 * If that’s the case, temporarily disable the Complianz plugin and see if it solves
   the issue. If it does, try changing the settings related to Google Maps in the
   Complianz plugin. I think the plugin might also have a checkbox related to GEO
   my WP specifically.

 * It seems it works with Complianz plugin disabled.
 * I will try to find appropriate settings in the Complianz plugin.
