# Map module not working

 * Hello,
 * A small section of the site I’m building is supposed to be a map, but it does
   not appear as it should. I’m not sure what the real issue is, but I don’t think
   the map module is working as it should. When I input the address details in the
   page editor, it doesn’t show up. The active site claims it is a javascript error.

 * I also have the WP Google Maps plugin installed. But doesn’t seem to make any
   difference. I can’t tell from reading the code what the real problem is. The 
   map’s description doesn’t show up well defined, but I believe the problem lies
   with the module itself.

   best to go to the support site where you bought the theme [https://www.elegantthemes.com/](https://www.elegantthemes.com/)
   for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought
   the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.
