Map not displaying correctly on “Google map” block

    Hello the support!
    My plugin renders a map with an opacity background overlay with text “For development purposes only”. There is a message on the map “There was a problem loading Google Maps on this page. Are you the owner of this site?” with button “Ok”.
    What is this error and how to fix it?
