Hello,
It seems that you’re using an advanced editor because that plugin is adding HTML code in the plugins java script automatically. Something like this as below.
<p><script type="text/javascript"></p>
<p>var infoWindows = [];</p>
you can try it by disabling your advanced editor.
Thanks, but I’ve not installed another advanced editor, and as you can see on that page now, adding any other shortcode works fine.
I’ve even tried inserting the shortcode into the php relative to that page…that’s not working either, but works when I insert a different shortcode. <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[put_wpgm id=1]’); ?>
It seems to only be related to that one particular shortcode.
Hello,
Can you plese mail me your wp information and FTP so i can check it your end? Our email is hello [at] flippercode [dot] come
@flipper Code: Sorry but asking for FTP access is not allowed here. Accessing a user’s system like this makes you responsible for that user’s system. If you make changes and something breaks later on as a result, then it is your fault.
Get information, ask for log data, have the user contact you & seek copies of the PHP files. Look but don’t touch. If your code is the problem, then produce a fix and post it here. If the theme or another plugin is at fault, then inform the user, suggest a fix, offer to contact the other developer and/or update your FAQ.
But do not try to make changes to the user’s files in this way. That’s really going too far outside of your area of responsibility.
Am I ok to send a WP login?
yeah. that’s ok. Please send me via email and not to post here.
information was sent…any update?
