# Map Stuck on Loading

 * Hi there!
 * Our map is stuck on “Loading map…”
 * This plugin used to work really well for us, but it’s stopped working recently.
   We’ve updated WP recently, so that may be part of the problem.
 * I’ve tried disabling all the plugins and changing themes, so it doesn’t seem 
   to be an issue there.

 * It looks like your theme is loading a custom (and old) version of jQuery, instead
   of using the one that ships with WordPress. That’s considered a bad practice 
   and can lead to conflicts. I’m guessing if you temporarily switch to the TwentyTwelve
   theme that it will start working.
