Map to profile member

    I need to put a map for the profile of the users of my site, but I’m having trouble.
    I tried some plugins, but I can not associate it with the profile.
    1- The plugin registrations and Administration members is the Ultimate Member.
    2- I tried to install and configure the plugins Advanced Custom Fields with ACF: Google Map Extended. Unfortunately, ACF: Google Map Extended does not create the fields to the map.
    Can someone help me?
