 * Hello i want to mapping in custom fields the availability from products as pre
   order
 * in my XML the availability fields is like that

       <availability>PREORDER: 10/05/23</availability>
       ```
   
 * I want the wp all import read only the text PREORDER: because the date is changing
   often
