 * Just having a little trouble with the second step of Mapping the fields. Here
   is a screenshot of what I am seeing which is not allowing me to see all the Fields
   that need mapped. I think it is a little fix but your help would be greatly appreciated.

 * This is due to file permission. Please Make /wp-content/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-
   importer as writable (chmod 777) to import csv.
 * This has been fixed in version 2.0.0. Please upgrade the plugin. Also if you
