# Mappress Problems

 * I have created a map using Mappress, however the map is not live. You cannot 
   get directions to, and the POI does not show up. I’ve read a few troubleshooting
   guides but cannot seem to get anywhere. Can anyone help/ give advice, or take
   a look for me?
