Hi @frederik850,
My apologies for the late response.
I have checked the link you provided. It seems that the ratings are working well. Were you able to resolve the issue?
No, the ratings worked from the beginning, but the issue is that the layout changed. Each rating and the text next to it was right underneath eachother, now there is some space which looks kinda bad I think.
Here is another example: http://insidefootball.org/competitions/england/manchester-city/david-silva
Hi @frederick850,
My apologies, but I really can’t see any ratings even after clicking the ratings tab. However, I did check another post and it seems that the ratings are okay. http://insidefootball.org/rankings/rankings/nationality/argentina
Can you please provide me with some login credentials to check the links you have sent.
Or perhaps you have the option Disable Blog Posts ratings for unlogged users in your User Availability Settings activated.
Let me know.
Hi, I forgot about the issue when a user isn’t logged in. Sorry about that. My settings for blog posts, pages, etc. are always these :
View post on imgur.com
So I don’t know how to fix that either really. I think it’s because I inserted the ratings manually using shortcodes like these : “[ratingwidget type=”page” post_id=711]”
This is actually more of an issue than the original I had. Also, you can log in with the username test123 and the password test123 so you can check the ratings on the David Silva page. Thanks in advance. And just to clarify, the ratings do work, It’s just the layout that’s changed since the last update.
Hi @frederick850,
Thank you for the login access.
After checking David Silva’s page it seems that there’s nothing wrong with RatingWidget’s margins (check the first image). And rather I have found out that it is your <td> tag whose affecting the spaces in your page elements (check the 2nd image).
I suggest fixing your page elements CSS positioning/margin and everything will be okay.
Hi,
The <td> tag is there because of the tablepress plugin. I’ll look into it and might ask them. Thanks for the help.
