# Margin/padding in responsive site

 * So glad to have found this theme. Easy to work with and some great built in bits.
 * However I’m having trouble changing the space between the edge of the site and
   the content. In full page it is set to 10px margin, but if I increase this to
   20 or 30 left and right the whole layout is compromised. (bits overlapping the
   edges). I managed to get there with fixed widths etc in the custom css, but of
   course it no longer worked responsively.
 * Is there an easy way to increase the margin between the “container” and “sixteen
   columns”, particularly in full page view (I don’t mind it shrinking back for 
   mobile). Any tips appreciated.

 * Hmm, still struggling with this. I’m not a noob with css, but can’t seem to find
   a way to alter the margin without everything else going out of whack. I’m happy
   to change a whole host of numbers (i.e. margins, widths, overflows, for the variety
   of responsive layouts) but not sure where to start, as whenever I do all the 
   other layouts get affected.
 * Does anyone have any idea how to approach increasing the site margin?
