Margins/Padding Not Working in Widgets

At the most recent update, the margins/padding don’t seem to be working for the Special Text Boxes sidebar widgets. They look fine when inserted into a regular blog post, but when I use the sidebar widget, all my text and the little caption image is squished up against he sides of the box.

Any help??
