# markers problem

 * Hello,
    I have problem with plugin. Its doesn’t work, like in demo version [https://supsystic.com/example/add-markers-frontend-pro-option/](https://supsystic.com/example/add-markers-frontend-pro-option/).
   When I click “Add by Click” and click on map marker don’t show. When I write 
   adress and choose it from the list, then marker is showing wrong possition on
   the map. Please tell me what’s wrong.

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on
   their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the developer is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
