 * We using your plugin in +150 client projects with paid plan and we see this problem:

 * 2 years later this massive problem is also not solved in your paid plan? Please
   confirm to complete our review and try to confirm the situation with our clients
   and try to cancle all plans. We cant work and handle a business with product 
   philosophy like yours.

 * I can understand that this should be a big issue.
 * I have reported your feedback to the rest of the team and it is a well-known 
   issue that our developers have scheduled this to be fixed but unfortunately, 
   I cannot provide a timetable at this time.

 * You share this plugin in a free version.
    But you also have an paid version. 
   The paid version include this option in “product description”. But in fact this
   option is not working for more then 2 years!
 * 1. So if you have no time or no options to solve this bug after 2 years: why 
   you do not remove this option from function overview in product selling description?
   
   2. Why you was not able to fix it after 2 years? 3. Today you wrote after 2 years:…“
   unfortunately, I cannot provide a timetable at this time.

   Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific time I can offer (as these things can
   vary), but we are aware that this is a very important feature and it is one of
   the next things our developers have scheduled to work on.”
 * I have the feeling you are not very interested to share what you sell and what
   you say in product description. So we are going to report this situation and 
   start refund process for 130 – 150 clients.
