# Massive performance issues

 * We’ve had to disable the plugin because it causes massive performance issues.
   Whenever trying to upload an image it takes a really long time, often fails and
   no-one can use the site.
 * How can we resolve this?

    Could
   you please send us your PHP info?
 * Your PHP info can be easily retrieved using a plugin such as [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/)
 * Has this been a recurring issue since the beginning or is this new?
    Could you
   also please send us an example image that has been problematic for you?
