    Hi,

Master Slider appears to be causing my website to not load on mobile. Every time I try to visit the site, I have to hit refresh 1 or 2 times before the homepage loads. I disabled master slider, and the site started working properly, so I know it is the plugin. But now I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do to fix the problem aside from just getting rid of this plugin and using something else. I’d really like to stick with Master Slider for this site and future website projects, but I can’t figure out how to get it to stop causing loading problems. Any advice on this would be very much appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Could you give us more information about your mobile OS and browser? (name and version)

I’ve checked it in chrome for android and it loaded correctly even in first view.

Waiting to hear from you again.

One of the browsers it doesn’t load with is Safari on iPhone OS version 9.3.2.

    Hi,

Seems that you are removed the slider from your pages.

Could you create a test page that contains slider please?

Currently it works correctly even in mentioned browser, OS.

Waiting to hear from you again.
