Master Slider Update

My WordPress site is telling me a new version of Master slider 2.29 is available and I’m currently running 2.25.4

I keep trying to update but it will not allow me to.

I am now having issues uploading new images to the site.

All previous images are ok but I need to add new images to my folio.

can anybody assist with this?
