I would like to inform you that you can provide certificates to your students upon completion of courses. However, please be aware that this feature is only available in the Pro version of MasterStudy LMS, which requires enabling the certificate builder addon. my further question is that I want those who have 85% in the quiz to be given a certificate using the online testing feature in masterstudy pro addon. Is that possible on that situation.

If you set passing grade for a quiz, then only students, who will take required grade, can get a certificate.
If students fail to achieve the required grade, they will not receive a certificate as the quiz will be deemed incomplete. However, they will have the opportunity to retake the quiz until they pass it.

if I set a passing grade and the participants is not enrolled in any course, can or she take the quiz, pass and get a certificate after I have set a passing grade, but he or she is not enrolled in the course but took the quiz through the online testing addon features
The certificate will be only for finished completely course. There is no option to provide certificate for Online testing by default.
