 * The plugin brings Youtube playlist functionality to WordPress, it is not meant
   to control the content of the playlists. As youtube user, anyone can create custom
   playlists of existing videos. I would suggest creating playlists at the length
   needed.

 * I installed the plugin but its showing a long list making the page scroll down
   too much.

   i need to show all available videos ideally having a scroll bar in the list.

 * It looks like your site is loading 2 version of jquery with 79 other script files.
   There is likely a conflict between youtube-playlist-thumbs and one of these scripts.
   I may be able to improve the plugin to prevent these conflicts.
