Maxbuttons shows as text

I tried to use MaxButtons but after a day and reading about all the posts about this issue I can’t get it to work: it still comes up as a text instead of as button. Example: http://footagebv.com/?p=468&preview=true&preview_id=468&preview_nonce=814bde673e.

I’m pretty novice, most solutions as described won’t work. Can anyone help me out?
