 * I need to set up a maximum usage off a discount per user, currently i just can
   define a maximum for the whole site

   discount rule. Is the number of users to which the discount applies. Something
   like early-bird discounts for the first 5 users or 10 users.
 * Are you would like to restrict the discount offer to one time per user?
 * It might be possible only when you are using WooCommerce coupon with our discount
   rules plugin.
 * Here are the step-by-step configuration to restrict the coupon usage to 1 time
   per user :
 * *Go to WooCommerce -> Coupons, and create your coupon code.
    *Set the percentage
