# MC4WP – button does nothing!!

 * Hello
 * I am having an issue with integration for my newsletter subscribe button on the
   homepage.
    Even though I believe all the settings are correct, the button is 
   still not forwarding the information over to mailchip.

 * Please go to Mailchimp for Wp > Form > Fields.
 * There you will see you have the email field twice in the form, but the second
   one is hidden by your theme as it’s between <label> tags and your theme is hiding
   all form labels.
 * Delete the second field.
