 * Hi I am using Registration Form for user registration. and it doesn’t log in 
   mailchimp when I have implicitly disabled.
 * I have configured: implicit (NO), Double opt-in (NO)

 * With implicit turned off, the user has to check a checkbox to register.
    If double
   opt-in is turned on they user also has to click the link in the opt-in email 
   to finalize the subscription.
