 * Hello, is this plugin offloading only the media uploaded via WP media uploader(
   the ones you can see in the backend WP media library) or all the files inside
   the wp-content/uploads folder?
 * It’s important to know because I need to offload media uploaded by users via 
   a social media plugin. The folder is inside wp-content/uploads but the files 
   are not visible on the backend WP media library.

 * WP Offload Media currently only works with Media Library items. if you can’t 
   see an image in the Media Library, then neither can WP Offload Media as it does
   not scan the uploads folder.
