Media in Profile Completeness

    I installed Profile Completeness and added fields to upload PDF files and I have two problems:
    1. Where are these attachments kept?
    2. Doing the test, when completing the profile, the fields do not appear, for example: I add a field called “Official identification” and in the test it appears “custom field” and when selecting it, it does not allow me to write or attach anything , and there are several fields that appear like this, then I have a problem because the profile will never be completed.
