No any errors with/without script debug (with Safari, Chrome, Firefox), after script debug on, it works ok, if remove, issue persist.
Safari and Firefox after open console, it works ok, even without script debug in config.php
Aaaah that means it’s probably cache.
Flush your caches, fully.
Cache flushed completely, nothing changed.
Just checked and it works ok with List. The issue is with Grid view.
Still Add New works strangely, or almost works.
This is probably completely unrelated, but that was one of the symptoms of the false-positive when the AV picked up our JS file last time, have you tried deactivating your antivirus software and then trying a cache clear and opening the media area?
I don’t use antivirus program, it’s Mac.
I flushed all cache, data, cookies, everything, then did fresh installation and issue persist.
Btw. If I put URL in the editor, it does not transform to oembed, just shows unclickable URL.
What kind of “URL” in the editor? Not all embed π
I am sorry, embed links work ok, I just tried with the wrong link π
Anyway, that Grid Media does not work with a fresh installation. It’s functional if I disable styles in the console.
Regarding embed links, I just thought, that WP will also embed the home page of the default installation of WP.
No, it’s not a post π Well… it MIGHT be if you’re using a static front page…
The last beta 2 update fixed this issue with Media library.
As Update button still update just to version (4.5-beta1-36808), I uploaded manually beta 2.
So after update to 4.5-beta2-36836, the issue is back again π
We’ll follow it in trac then π
We mark posts that have trac tickets as resolved for sanity. It lets mods and volunteers know we don’t have to jump in and find an issue. You should follow the discussion on trac. You can click the ‘Watch’ button on the trac ticket (it’s near the bottom) to get email alerts. If you need to log in, it’s the same ID/password as you use for the forums.
Sure thing, thanks.
Somebody can clear tags for this post as some “expert” added some junk there π
