# Media Load Error

 * I am getting an error of “Media could not be loaded, either because the server
   or network failed or because the format is not supported.”
 * We do use W3 Offload S3 to serve all of our media files. Could this be limiting
   the video from playing? It encodes properly, but does not play in the browser.

 * I don’t see that error, and the video on that page appears to play fine. I do
   see a Cloudfront 403 Forbidden error for the video thumbnail file. I don’t know
   enough about Cloudfront to know why you would get that particular error.
