Could you please try a couple of things and let me know the outcome: 1. Accessing the Web Stories editor from an [incognito browsing window](https://imgur.com/ALzgiHp). 2. Try running through the steps in our [troubleshooting guide](https://wp.stories.google/docs/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-mode/) to see if this could be caused by a conflict with a theme or plugin. * We have seen instances in the past also where media was not loading in the editor due to there being media items with 0 width or height, which causes the layout mechanism to break. Could I please ask who you hosting provider is? Would it also be possible for you to create a fresh new WordPress site with just the Web Stories plugin installed and see if you get the same issue. You then need to upload that to the plugins section of your site.
