# Media upload error 'HTTP error'

 * Hi,
 * Recently, whenever I try to upload any media/image [I get this error](http://i.imgur.com/4IVJGZm.png).
 * – I checked the memory allocation is apt, the max_upload_limit too is perfect.
   –
   The folder/file permissions are as they should be.
 * What else could be the problem? There is no error log generated, so this isn’t
   a PHP error.
 * Any solution?
 * Thank you.

   your thread into other people’s topic.
 * > There is no error log generated, so this isn’t a PHP error.
 * Check your error log on your server. That may be something that the web server
   is complaining about and not a PHP error such as a 500 error or a 403 error. 
   If you do not have access to the server logs then speak with your host provider.
