MediaCleaner and Cloudflare

We wanna buy your Media Cleaner Plugin to cleanup our 80GB large media library.
But first we have an question: Coud you share information how to work with your plugin if we using cloudflare? Do you have any documentation? Or your script will run in small chunks to avoid cloudflare timeout? Most of all good scripts doing this. What about yours?
