 * How do I create a medium sized Image template?
 * This plugin uses IMAGE for large and THUMB for small. On Amazon Link Builder 
   they use Small, Medium, and Large for image links.

 * Not precisely what you want, but if you enable ‘`Plugin Associate IDs`‘ in the
   Amazon Link Setup page, you then have access to the Amazon Link > Extras menu.
 * Install the Amazon Link Extras – Images plugin from there, and you can modify
   the image and thumbnail sizes in the Amazon Link > Settings page.
 * Extra options provided:
 * `Preferred Image Size Modifier` : SL800
 * > Retrieve the URL to an Image modified using this string, e.g. SL800 sets the
   > width or height (the longest) of this size rather than the default ‘Large’ 
   > Image.
 * `Preferred Thumb Size Modifier` : SL100
 * > Retrieve the URL to an Thumbnail modified using this string, e.g. SL100 sets
   > the width or height (the longest) of this size rather than the default ‘Small’
   > Image.
