Mega menu errors when not logged into WordPress

    Hello,

    When I am logged into WordPress and preview my website page, the mega menu shows up perfectly fine when I hover over the dropdown.

    However, when I open my website in Incognito, or if I am logged out of WordPress, the mega menu then shifts to the right. Also, the hamburger icon doesn’t work when I’m on mobile device either.

    Hi trouncex,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I think this issue happen due to cache. Clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Hopefully the issue will be solved. If the issue persists, please let us know. We will take a closer look at the issue and help you find the solution as soon as possible.

    Hi, I’m still experiencing this issue. I have cleared CDN Cache, regenerated files & data (Elementor Tools) and synced library (Elementor Tools).

    I’ve also cleared my own browser cache.
