# Mega Menu page keeps loading

 * When I click the Mega menu button in the Appearance > Menu, then the page keeps
   loading. I am unable to edit the Megamenu content. Have tried deactivating other
   plugins except Elementor. Please help

 * Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems like you’re experiencing difficulty
   editing the ElementsKit Mega Menu. I checked it in our testing environment, but
   Its working fine ([video](https://d.pr/v/gXZuOk)).
 * Now, please ensure that your **PHP time limit is set to 300** and your** PHP 
   memory limit is set to 512 MB**. You can check these configurations in **Tools
   > Site Health > Info > Server.**
 * And here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
    - Clear all cache from your website, including plugins, browsers, servers, or
      CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). Also, try disabling any cache or optimization plugin
      temporarily if you’re using one.
 *  - Regenerate the CSS and sync the library by following the steps provided in
      this [video](https://d.pr/v/4WkkPS).
 *  - If the issue persists, try resetting the permalink structure. You can do this
      by selecting a random permalink structure, saving it, and then reverting to
      the previous structure and saving again. Here’s a [video](https://screenpal.com/watch/c0nF1EVyDWN)
      guide for reference.
 *  - Conduct a conflict test by Switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty
      Twenty or Hello Elementor. Then check, hoping the issue will be solved.
