What’s the version of UM you’re using on your site? Does this issue occur with a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021? Also, have you tried leaving UM as the only active plugin to see if there’s a plugin conflict issue?

I’m using version 2.2.2
I just bought it recently so I assume it’s current. It doesn’t indicate any update available.
It occurs regardless of theme.
It does a search and just doesn’t find any results. It shows the map, but the user with that role doesn’t appear in the results. It just says there are no matching results. But there absolutely is a user with that role which I have specified in the member directory settings to display. None of the boxes are checked like “only show if there is a profile photo” and all of the roles settings appear correct like “Can view others profiles”.
