Members Directory not visible when member is logged in

    I can see the members directory fine if I’m logged in as Administrator or if I’m not logged in at all. But, if I’m logged in as an active member it isn’t visible. I have privacy options set to all.

    Hello @suziwilson

    Please clarify what the problem is: the directory is missing from the page or the directory is empty.

    Try to set the directory setting Who can see this member directory to “Anyone” and update the directory settings if the directory is missing from the page. See Privacy Options

    Make sure that a member has permissions to view other member profiles if the directory is empty. See Profile Access.
