    Membership should be based on money spent so far and not on points. I cannot see the way to setup base membership of 1% discount, than after 250eur spent to second level of 2% etc.
    Reason: new customers have no membership at all and I cannot give them points, than it would be difficult to setup next membership on 500eur, cause I have to re-calculate points they earned… some formula 500eur spent = 250 points on level 1 + 125 points on level 2. It has no much sense to continue that way.

    Have I missed something, or the above is correct?

    Summary:
    1. no base membership for newcomers
    2. cannot set membership on money-spent-so-far

    Hello,

    Thanks for showing your interest in our plugin.

    The flow you have explained for the membership feature, our plugin is not working like that,

    You can’t assign any base membership level to the new customer.

    Currently, the Customer has to earn points on your site by performing different activities like purchasing products, providing reviews, etc. After earning the points customers can upgrade their membership level using those points and get the advantage of that membership level.
