   halt? Running Linux Mint 13 in Firefox on Apache Server, WP 3.9.

   tested up to version %1$s of %2$s breakage may occur!` *Could error be from v3.9
   of WP? TC not test on 3.9 message comes up when Installing TC. *Will try Bleachkit(
   CCleaner for Windoughs) and log in log out but I have gotten this error several
   times as well as TC not running at all (empty dialogue screen after start button).

 * HMMMM, I had a file maned “otc-instructions.php” and renamed it to just “instructions.
   php” and TC ran. Maybe it thought the file was a constructor extension or illegal
   file of sorts so it just would not run.
 * On the other hand the original error could just have been a busy server. It is
   Saturday. Oh well. Topic resolved but maybe others can share if associated errors
   occur.

 * That error indicates that your PHP’s memory_limit setting is set to 36M (36 megabytes).
 * Scanning takes a fair amount of memory. Try increasing the memory_limit to 64M
   instead.
