 * Hi, We had to made major changes to the theme menu to improve accessibility. 
   That’s why you are seeing this issue with child theme. Sorry for the trouble.
   This will not happen again with child themes. Thanks.

 * Sorry. You have to regenerate a child theme again. Old child theme menu do not
   compatible with new accessibility ready menu.

 * The same problem.
    I tried to create a child manually, so using the plugin, but
   the menu is horizontal. Can’t you edit it using CSS?

 * After a few hours of unsuccessful redress attempts I’ve installed the Mega Menu
   plugin and it’s fixed
