    Hello,

I want to add new pages to the menu, and move some of them, but unfortunately the settings can’t be saved either via “Customizer” or “Appearance”. The wheel spins, but the menu is not saved.

You can’t even create a new menu.

From the menu there are pages to delete, edit the title, this save goes, but can’t add or move anything.

I’ve tried deactivating plugins, but that’s not it. I have also made updates to everything and nothing.

Please advise. thank you very much!

    Hello @vitovisentini ,

First off all, have you tried to save your permalinks settings?

If still no luck, then try to downgrade the WordPress version or upgrade if you are using older version.

@royjemee I’ve tried all these things without success 🙁

Then, can you check your folder and file permission? Try to activate any default WordPress theme and try your luck too.

Also, try to install a new WordPress in a subdirectory of your domain and check if the menu works there.

These all things come up on my mind at this time. If still no luck, try to enable debug and display debug to find out the error.

Hy Firstly, have you experimented with adjusting your permalinks setup? If that hasn’t resolved the issue, contemplate either downgrading to an earlier WordPress version or upgrading to the latest if you’re on an outdated one.

@zaraali I have the latest versions of WordPress, I update everything regularly. I tried downgrade and it didn’t help.
