Menu changes don't update on site

I have deleted a page and added an item to the dropdown menu but the menu doesn’t update to reflect those changes:
The “Links and Resources”page has been trashed and the “Close encounters” link now is supposed to be in the “Galleries” drop down menu, but it won’t change on the page:
