I recently updated the plugin to use the new style editor and it disappeared from my website as a result. I tried adding this code from another thread in the support forums but the result makes my menu look weird.

(This code: <?php wp_body_open(); ?> after the body HTML code)

Please help as soon as possible – this is super important for my site.

  • Hi @andrewanthony,

If your theme doesn’t support <?php wp_body_open(); ?> tag then we have fixed this issue in the latest version of the plugin. For this this go to Responsive menu settings -> and enable “Use wp_footer hook” setting.

Kindly check out following screenshot https://prnt.sc/xlim8z

Thanks for the reply @expresstechsupport but that doesn’t seem to fix the issue. The menu appears but is still broken. See attached screenshot.

I should point out that in addition to the background of the menu not being aligned, the custom CSS isn’t being applied to the menu items either.

Edit: I seem to have fixed it somehow…not sure what it was that I did but I will leave it alone for now. Thanks for your help.
