      check that to see what is causing this.
    - **Recent Changes:** Did this happen right after installing a new plugin or
      updating your theme?

 * Well Long story short I think I know why it may be due to this which I am still
   trying to figure out how to fix Error Your installation of WordPress prompts 
   for FTP credentials to perform updates. (Your site is performing updates over
   FTP due to file ownership. Talk to your hosting company.)

 * I fixed the issue I backed up with duplicator and reinstalled and it fixed it
